POLICIESCheck-In/Out TimeCarolina Oaks Bed & Breakfast Inn's check-in is 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Most other check in times can be accomodated provided with advance notice. Carolina Oaks requires a check-out time of 11:00 am to prepare the rooms for imminent guests. DepositReservations may be guaranteed with a credit card. Credit card number is given to secure the room reservation. A deposit with one night's room rate or 50% of the entire stay, whichever is greater is due within seven days of making your reservation. At least 7 days notice is required to cancel a reservation otherwise a one day room rate will be charged to the guest's credit card unless we are able to rebook. The full balance is required upon the guest's departure. There will be a 6% tax added to the total. For your convenience, Carolina Oaks accepts payment through the form of MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, traveler's checks, and cash. RatesCarolina Oaks Bed & Breakfast Inn fares are $89-$129 per night, determined by individual requests. Please call for MASTERS'week rates and availability. A third person in the Murphy Room using the sleeper sofa is an additional $20 per day charge. The fare includes a full breakfast which is served every morning in our dining room. If you need to leave early, want to sleep late or do not need breakfast, there is a option plan for you. Other* Carolina Oaks welcome children with adult supervision. Also have baby high chair, pack and play, small stroller and can help with other needs with advance preparation.* Smoking is only permitted on the porch due to city and insurance policies. * Sorry, but we can not accommodate pets. We do have a small mutt named Beaver who everyone loves, but he can be confined if needed. * We provide many packages for all kinds of occasions.
