is named after Lawrence E. and Carolyn Doolittle who lived here from 1970 - 1999. All the past owners of the home preferred this room, probably because its queen bed overlooks the city of Augusta, Georgia's night skyline. The decor is more feminine, with an inroom bath, complete with spa tub and vanity area. A sitting area surrounds the Victorian cherub cast-iron hearth insert of the fireplace.

named for Job and Anna Rutherford Dawson who was the original family to have the insight to build this 1905 Victorian home. Decorated with a black cast-iron hearth and mantle with a more masculine touch. The four windows gives a bright, spacious feeling but has blinds for the late morning sleepers. This room is great has a twin sofa bed for an extra guest.

![]() is named for Ryerson S. and Louise Dawson Guess, the family lived here the longest from 1907-1968. The smallest room, but the coziest. This room can adjoin to the Dawson room, to share its bathroom, or use the large hall bath with spa tub and shower with vanity area. The Dawson Room has a special package when used by the same group.
